Delivery
If you place your order before 4pm on a working day, we will usually dispatch the same day for delivery in 1-3 working days between 9am and 5pm, subject to stock. In the event of an item not being in stock (very unlikely, we use a state of the art stock tracking system) we will contact you immediately by telephone. If you place your order on a Friday night, Saturday or Sunday the item/items will be dispatched Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
If you have placed an order, with a requested delivery day which falls upon a bank holiday, please expect delivery the day after. Our couriers do not deliver on bank holidays.
In certain areas the delivery may take up to 5 working days (i.e. Scottish Highlands and certain other rural areas.)
Standard 1-3 day delivery to UK mainland is free!

Please note: In most cases we can only dispatch goods to the address where the card is registered to (i.e. the address where your card statements goes to). This is to prevent card fraud. If you wish your items to go to your business/work address, please enter the address in the 'delivery address' section in the checkout and phone our helpful mail order sales team on 01206 855010. Lines open 10am till 5.30pm Monday to Friday, we are also open Saturday 10am till 1pm.
We accept just about every type of credit/debit card and PayPal. You may also pay cash into any branch of the NatWest Bank throughout the UK, please phone our sales team on 01206 855010. Your goods will be dispatched for next working day delivery providing you have paid the money in cash and notified us of you doing so by 3pm.
Please Note - Next day deliveries are not guaranteed, even though 99% of orders do get to their destinations the following day, we can not be held responsible for late deliveries due to events that are out of our control.
