All items we retail will come complete with a 1 Year Guarantee (unless Preowned) which covers parts and labour for repair purposes.

The only items that are not covered under this guarantee are user replaceable items that are subject to wear and tear. These include mixer crossfaders, line faders and styli (cartridge needles) which cannot be guaranteed.

Please request a return material authorization (RMA) number before sending your product back. An RMA number allows us to process your return quickly. The RMA number must be printed on the box of the item(s) you are returning.

Items that are to be returned to us should be clearly marked and shipped to:

You can also give us a call on (01206) 855170 to arrange a pickup from our couriers. This is charged at £14.50 if the item is to be returned outside of 7 days after purchase though we will pay the courier fees to ship the item back to you once repaired.

Items will need to be returned with original packing, RMA number (printed on box) and accessories unless we have otherwise stated that there is an exception.
We aim to get items repaired as quick as possible subject to availability of parts in around a 3-5 day period.

If an item has been returned inside of 28 days we will try to offer a replacement where possible though this does depend on stock availability. Of course if none of this makes sense

then give us a ring on 01206 855170 and we will endeavour to help you as much as possible.

How to package your item?

Please make sure you package your item(s) extremely well. If item(s) are damaged in transit and it has not been packaged sufficiently you will be liable for any damage caused, this could therfore void any warranty you might have. Please see the picture below for how to package your goods.
