Warranty

We offer a full, comprehensive guarantee service on all products that we sell for a period of 1 year that covers all parts and labour in the unlikely event of an item being faulty. This excludes preowned items that are guaranteed for 90 days (or 1-year if stated).

In the event that an item were to obtain a fault we can arrange to get the item collected from your door and delivered to us for a quick turnaround of 48-72 hours (subject to parts availability or if a product has to be returned to a manufacturer). The free collection service is for the first 7-days of purchase and after that time we can collect at a charge of £14.50 if required. Alternatively you can post the item back to us by the post office or other courier service and either way we at whybuynew, pay all costs in delivery back to you once repaired/replaced and any cost incured in sending your item to the manufacturers for under warranty repair if any.

This guarantee does not cover parts that are subject to wear and tear such as crossfaders, line faders, cross faders and styli (needles for turntables).

The guarantee period starts on the date of purchase and ends a year from that date. Guarantees are non-transferable.

whybuynew Super Cover offers you the opportunity to protect your purchase and your wallet for a total of 3 years!!

This cover is provided by whybuynew and is in addition to the warranty provided by the manufacturer. You can choose to cover any pieces of equipment you purchase in the check out section, either a single unit or a whole package, decks, cd players, mixers, amplifiers and effect units can all be covered.

In addition to your standard warranty, whybuynew offer you the following:

In the event of a (warranty) fault arising with a unit, anytime within the 3 year period, you can arrange for the unit to be returned by yourself or collection by our courier (providing all packaging material is maintained) at a cost of £14.50, have it repaired as quickly as possible and then returned to you, again, by courier ( at our expense).

Please Note : This warranty or the standard manufacturers warranty does not cover wear and tear items such as styli, crossfaders, lamps, dj bags and flight cases.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
