Review by Matt A.

Bought these last week and turned up pretty much the next day ! brilliant. I make bass heavy music ( dubstep / jungle) and equing low end on these is wonderful! so what it doesnt go to 40hz exactly ? my mate actively djs in the states _ i sent him a track id worked on with the yamaha's and said it smacked harder than a shotgun to lame horse ( not the best example) but he also so said it was clean in the mids and highs aswell so I guess that says it all really! I look forward to what else I'm going to make with these!

I got these monitors from Ebay for 250 (pair) and they honestly are very very good. I love the build quality and the slick simple looks. They have a good weight to them and do not move on the desk even when pumping! The have great low and sub bass frequency response and give an accurate and clear representation of the tracks you are monitoring. I do think the mids are a little too prominent and mixing the track well easily gets rid of this, while the high end from the tweeters is also very high and stands out loud in your mix even on flat settings. All in all, very good quality monitors and I think they are the best in their price range. Whatever type of music you make you will not be disappointed with these monitors.
