We offer a guarantee service on all products for a period of 1 year that covers all parts and labour in the unlikely event of an item being faulty. This excludes preowned items that are guaranteed for 90 days.
In the event that an item were to obtain a fault we can arrange to get the item collected and delivered to us for a quick turnaround of 48-72 hours (subject to parts availability).
This guarantee does not cover parts that are subject to wear and tear such as crossfaders, line faders and styli (needles for turntables).

In the event of a (warranty) fault arising with a unit, anytime within the 3 year period, you can arrange for the unit to be returned by yourself or collection by our courier (providing all packaging material is maintained) at a cost of £14.50, have it repaired as quickly as possible and then returned to you, again, by courier ( at our expense).
If the fault with the unit is caused by misuse or accidental damage (non warranty), we can still have the unit repaired at half the normal price.
The best advantage of our 3 year warranty is that if you do not make a claim in the year year period, you simply sign and return the certificate with a copy of your receipt and we will give you a full refund of the warranty cost!
Please Note : This warranty or the standard manufacturers warranty does not cover wear and tear items such as styli, crossfaders, lamps, dj bags and flight cases.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
