Returns


All items we retail will come complete with a 1 Year Guarantee (unless Preowned) which covers parts and labour for repair purposes.
The only items that are not covered under this guarantee are user replaceable items that are subject to wear and tear. These include mixer crossfaders, line faders and styli (cartridge needles) which cannot be guaranteed.

Items that are to be returned to us should be clearly marked and shipped to:

You can also give us a call on (01206) 863700 to arrange a pickup from our couriers. This is charged at £14.50 if the item is to be returned outside of 7 days after purchase though we will pay the courier fees to ship the item back to you once repaired.

Items will need to be returned with original packing and accessories unless we have otherwise stated that there is an exception.
We aim to get items repaired as quick as possible subject to availability of parts in around a 48-72 hour period. If an item has been returned inside of 28 days we will try to offer a replacement where possible though this does depend on stock availability. Of course if none of this makes sense then give us a ring on 01206 863700 and we will endeavour to help you as much as possible.
