It took a few weeks to arrive, and two people to put it together....its a good size and great quality. The g children are already enjoying it.
This was shipped and arrived in a couple of days. Assembly was simple and done in a couple of hours. Its a really great trampoline which my daughter will have endless fun on. All in all this was seamless. Highly recommend
A brilliant trampoline. My 9yr old daughter is on it continually. We had a very minor problem with the safety net but this was rectified immediately. A great product from a great site. Would definitely recommend!!

Awesome service and product! Had to wait for stock to arrive, which was pretty much on the date they'd estimated, good email communication on delivery. Alas a muckup in the warehouse only meant that 1 box was delivered (it comes as 3), but customer service was brilliant and they seemed to already know about the issue when I emailed them and the other 2 boxes arrived the next morning. Takes a few hours to set up and was way bigger than I thought, but nice quality product. Highly recommend WhyBuyNew and will happily buy again from them.
Great item. Initially chose a different trampoline but was out of stock. Very happy with our purchase. Delivered fast, one box on expected day, second box the following day. Was expecting harder work to build it but between written instructions and useful video, was done in two hours. Kids loving it. Bought 12feet as we have three kids, can jump all together safely.
Well made product. Do not use the printed instructions, extremely vague. Instead YouTube the relevant model and follow video this will save you hours. Would have been 5 star review, but the trampoline was delivered over 2 separate days, and had to make a couple of phone calls for information on delivery.
Pre-ordered, so had to wait for stock to arrive. However it did arrive on the date they said it would, so very pleased. The price is excellent for the product. The quality is very good, the instructions have been translated. This makes it a little more challenging to put up. However I managed with a day with the help of a 9 and 12 yr old! Would definitely recommend!
Great service, good quality product and very professional. Quick response to emails and accommodating to any queries. Only issue is it takes longer than stated to erect and some of the holes didn’t line up.

Very pleased with the purchase. It arrived when expected, was straightforward to put up and the grandchildren love it, especially as we are looking after them so much during school closure. Easily moved to protect and maintain the grass. Good value too.

Great service, good product. The enclosure is a tight for and it takes ages to secure it using the rope. Could do with a zip on the entrance more in a door shape,. Decent enough.

One screw had no thread, the screw holes were not wide enough to match up so we had to widen them ourselves with a metal cutter, and the rope tying the net to the springs only reached halfway round. WhyBuyNew responded very well, however, and are sending replacements. Outside of those QC issues the trampoline is good.
Fast delivery, not too bad to assemble. Very happy with this as my kids haven't come off it all day, beats sat on computers!! Trampoline is great quality and sturdy. Bargin for the price.
