  • How do I contact you?

    Please visit our ‘Contact Us’ page link located towards the top of every page on our website. Here you will find our telephone number to contact our friendly, knowledgeable sales team who will help you with any advice needed to feel comfortable with your purchase (lines open 9am-5.30pm Mon-Fri). 

    Also here you will find an email field where we pride ourselves on responding the same day. The fastest email response will always be from the email feature at the bottom left of each page on the website.

  • How can I track my order?

    Orders shipped Monday - Friday. Most orders ship same day for next working day delivery if ordered before 4pm, in some cases orders can take up to 2-4 days to ship. We have the lead time listed for each item on the product page. Once your order ships, we will send you an automated email with the tracking number and courier website included. Once the order tracking is entered by us (at point of leaving our warehouse), if needed, you can enter your tracking number directly on the courier website to see the status. Please check your email and spam folder for this email from us. 

    If your conformation email does not contain a tracking number, your item may be a small item which can be sent by Royal mail. In this instance, please contact our helpful sales team you will be able to track this for you.


  • Can I place an order over the phone?

    Yes, we would love to hear from you and always want to assist you in any way we can. Please note that credit/debit cards issuing banks are trying to encourage online retailers such as ourselves to have customers place their order directly on our website. This is for card security purposes and designed to protect you, the card holder. If an order is placed directly by you, the card holder, directly on our site, this means that full card security is in place. If one of our sales team is asking if you could place the order directly, please do not think that this is because we do not have time for you and want to ‘fob you off’. This is not the case as we value every customer and order, no matter how big or small. If we have asked if you could place the order directly, our sales team should always ask if you would like us to stay on the line to assist you through the process. If a discount has been agreed, we can send you a link via email for you to pay securley online. 

  • Can I collect from your store?

    Yes, we offer a 'Call & Collect' service. Simply call the team on 01206 855 010, tell them what you want and they will arrange the collection with you. We may ask for a 10% deposit for items low in stock.

  • Do you accept PayPal?

    We certainly do! We have PayPal Express ‘one click’ service on the checkout page.

  • Can I pay cash and have my item delivered?

    Yes, no problem. You cannot use this method over the website checkout but, once you have chosen your product/s, pay cash into any NatWest branch in the UK or Ireland straight into our account (See account details below). Simply go to a cashier and say ‘I want to pay this money into this account number and sort code’, they will then give you a receipt. Then, call our sales department and notify how much you have paid in and what products that you require. Cash payments show up in our account instantly so if paid in before 4pm, we will despatch the same day.

  • What is the ‘cut off’ time for Next working day, Saturday, Pre 12am and pre 10.30am deliveries?

    Orders placed before 4pm will qualify for next working day or, if selected in checkout, pre 12am / pre 10.30am (at an extra charge). If an order is placed after 4pm and selected for one of these services, it will be carried on to the next working day after that.

    Orders placed before 4pm on a Friday will be delivered on a next working day delivery (Monday) unless you have selected a Saturday delivery option in the checkout.

    Orders placed on a Friday before 4pm where there is a bank holiday on the Monday, will be delivered on a Tuesday.

  • What if I order on a bank holiday?

    If you place an order before 4pm on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday where the Monday is a bank holiday, your order will be sent on the Tuesday.

  • How do I place an order over your website?

    Ordering over our website is easy and totally secure.

    Locate the item using the search box at the top by entering the item name, or by using the product menu.

    Simply hit ‘add to cart’. (It will direct you to your Shopping Cart)

    Either continue shopping or hit the Checkout button at the bottom of the page. This will direct you to a secure checkout page where you will just need to complete the information requested and complete checkout.

    We also accept orders via telephone. All orders require prepayment before shipping and we do not accept Purchase Orders or Ship COD.


  • I have a problem with my product, what do I do now?

    We want to deal with any problem as quickly as possible. In most instances, problems can be rectified quickly by phone or email, for instance, software installation issues, connection issues with incorrect cabling. In this instance, please email us or telephone our sales team who will be on hand to assist (phone number at the top of every website page).

    If your item arrives faulty or damaged (very rare), please contact our dedicated service/returns team on (01206) 855170 (lines open Mon-Fri 9am til 5.30pm) who will arrange the exchange or refund. Please do not send an item back to us without a dedicated RMA number as these may be refused on delivery.

  • My item(s) has arrived faulty or damaged, what do I do now?

    If your item arrives faulty or damaged (very rare), please contact our dedicated service/returns team on (01206) 855170 (lines open Mon-Fri 9am til 5.30pm) who will arrange the exchange or refund. Please do not send an item back to us without a dedicated RMA number as these may be refused on delivery.

  • Can I cancel or change my order?

    Yes, no problem. If you have placed an order and wish to change or cancel, please telephone our sales department straight away (telephone number located at the top of every website page). We are very efficient and sometimes can despatch you order within an hour of the order being received by us. We always want to make sure that you are happy, so will refund / exchange for you (see ‘terms and conditions’ for time period allowance).

  • What can I do if I do not like my purchase?

    Not a problem. Our aim is to keep you as a happy customer and are always willing to exchange an item for something different as long as the item is returned to us in the same condition as it was sent to you. Some products such as software related products, headphones and styli are dealt with on an individual basis but please contact us and we will help you as much as we can.
