All new items that we sell will include a minimum of a 1 Year Guarantee which covers parts and labour for repair purposes. Some items may have a longer warranty (please see product description). Used & B-Stock products vary between 3 months and 1 year.

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive 2014, most goods can be returned for any reason within 30 days for a refund, including standard delivery cost. Returned goods must be in their original condition and should have their original packaging.
The only items that are not covered under this guarantee are headphone/microphones (unless faulty) due to health reasons and user replaceable items that are subject to product registration or wear and tear. These include software, mixer crossfaders, line faders and styli (cartridge needles) which cannot be guaranteed.
Please request a return material authorization (RMA) number before sending your product back. An RMA number allows us to process your return quickly. The RMA number must be printed on the box of the item(s) you are returning.

Items will need to be returned with original packing, RMA number (printed on box) and accessories unless we have otherwise stated that there is an exception.
Unwanted headphones and earphones may not be returned due to hygiene reasons. Software products may not be returned and hardware products with bundled software, where the software has been registered, may also not be returned.
We aim to get items repaired as quick as possible, usually within 28 days subject to availability and manufacturers time scales. Actual time scales are not guaranteed but are a guide.
If an item has been returned inside of 28 days we will try to offer a replacement where possible though this does depend on stock availability and the cosmetic condition of the returned item.
Please package your item/s sufficiently
Please make sure you package your item(s) extremely well. If item(s) are damaged in transit and it has not been packaged sufficiently you will be liable for any damage caused. This could therfore void any warranty you might have. Please see the picture below for ideas of how to package your goods.
